Accessibility statement

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to book, order and find what they need on our websites, whatever device you use and however you use it. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not meet all of it yet. The problems we know about are listed below.

What works

• The pages are built for phones first, with large buttons and plain words.
• Every page has a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
• Every picture has a written description, and buttons, links and form boxes have names a screen reader can read out.
• You can choose light or dark colours.
• The first steps of booking a pitch, booking a Jan'z table, ordering a takeaway and booking a special night work with a keyboard.

Problems we know about

We found these problems when we checked on 2 October 2026. We are working on them, and we take each one off this list once it is fixed.

• The cookie choices box comes last when you move through a page with the Tab key.
• Star ratings on reviews are not read out by screen readers.
• Photos of caravans for hire have short descriptions, such as "photo 1".
• Some Jan'z menus are PDF files made from pictures, so a screen reader cannot read them.
• The Google map, the Tripadvisor ratings and the card payment form come from Google, Tripadvisor and Stripe, so we cannot fully control how they work.
• We have not yet tested every step of every booking with a keyboard or a screen reader.

How we checked

We checked broadfield.farm and janz.farm on 2 October 2026 with automated accessibility tests at phone and computer screen sizes, and by moving through pages with a keyboard. We last reviewed this statement on 3 October 2026.
