Broadfield Farm Holiday Park is operated by Broadfield Farm Limited. Jan'z Restaurant and BB's Bar operates alongside the park as part of the customer experience.

Information we collect

• Contact details submitted through enquiry, booking, owner portal, live chat and waiting list forms.
• Booking details handled through CampManager, ResDiary or Broadfield-managed Jan'z order and reservation tools.
• Owner portal information such as linked pitches, gas orders, issue reports and account update requests.
• Website usage events where analytics consent has been given.
• Payment references and receipt links where Stripe is used. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Broadfield.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and manage bookings, orders, owner requests and staff operations.
• To keep customer, owner and staff records accurate.
• To send service messages such as booking confirmations, order updates, owner updates and important park information.
• To improve the website and operations where analytics consent allows.

Sharing information

We only share information where needed to provide services, meet legal duties, process payments or operate trusted systems such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, CampManager and ResDiary.
