Jan'z ordering terms

Ordering

• Online ordering is only available when Jan'z has enabled the relevant service.
• Collection is the default fulfilment method. Delivery to pitch may be enabled for owners when available.
• Orders are not accepted until payment or staff confirmation is complete, depending on the active flow.

Times and availability

Menus, slots and items can change quickly during busy periods. If an item becomes unavailable, Jan'z may contact you to arrange a substitute or refund where required.

Table bookings

Table bookings are currently handled by ResDiary. Please follow the booking confirmation and amendment links supplied by ResDiary or Jan'z.
