How Jan'z handles cancelled food orders, booking changes, unavailable items and refund timing.

Food orders

If Jan'z cancels a paid order, the team will arrange a refund through the original payment method where appropriate.

Customer cancellations

Cancellation options depend on preparation status, service timing and the menu ordered. Contact Jan'z as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

Refund timing

Card refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several working days to appear with your bank.
