How a seasonal pitch works
A seasonal pitch is a licence for one season at a time, for your own touring caravan. You set up once and your caravan is ready whenever you arrive.
- The 2027 pitch fee is £3,400 including VAT.
- For touring caravans only. Your caravan stays on its pitch all year.
- Use it whenever you like from 1 March to 5 January. The park is closed from 6 January to the end of February: your caravan stays on its pitch, but nobody stays in it overnight.
- Our team sites your caravan and connects the electricity. There is a siting fee for this.
- A licence for each season, which you renew each January.
- The pitch fee is paid in two halves: the first invoiced on 1 February and due by 1 March, the second invoiced on 1 June and due by 1 July.
- Electricity is metered and billed on top, for what you use.
- Up to two vehicles can be kept by your caravan.
- You can let your caravan for holidays, as long as your guests keep to the park rules.
- Awnings are welcome, taken down by 1 October each year.
- You arrange your own insurance, including public liability cover.
On the edge of Saundersfoot
- Jan'z Restaurant and BB's Bar are on the park, a short walk from your caravan.
- Saundersfoot beach is about a 23 minute walk along the main road, or about a 10 minute walk through Saundersfoot Bay woods down to Glen Beach.
- There is a bus stop right at the park entrance, with buses to Saundersfoot and Tenby.
- The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs from Saundersfoot in both directions.
Questions
What is a seasonal pitch?
A pitch for your own touring caravan, kept on the park all year. You come and go whenever you like from 1 March to 5 January, without towing each time.
How do I get a seasonal pitch?
Join the waiting list on this page. Seasonal pitches rarely come free, so we can't promise one, but we get in touch as soon as one does and tell you the fee for the season.
How is the fee paid?
In two halves: the first invoiced on 1 February and due by 1 March, the second invoiced on 1 June and due by 1 July. Electricity is metered and billed on top, for what you use.
Can you store my caravan over the winter instead?
No, we can't store caravans. A seasonal pitch is the only way to keep a caravan on the park. Touring stays, booked by the night, run until 31 October.
Can I keep my caravan on a touring pitch while I wait?
No. A touring pitch is for a stay, not for leaving a caravan on the park. Join the waiting list, and book touring stays online in the meantime.
Can I let my caravan to other people?
Yes, for holidays, as long as your guests keep to the park rules. You stay responsible for them.
Are seasonal pitches for motorhomes or static caravans?
No, touring caravans only. Motorhomes can book a pitch by the night, and if you would like a holiday home of your own, see holiday home ownership.
