Broadfield has a settled, friendly ownership community and finite space. Once this pitch is allocated, another would only become available if an owner sells or returns one. Both happen infrequently.

On the edge of Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire, about five minutes by car from Tenby. Saundersfoot beach is about a 23 minute walk along the main road, or about a 10 minute walk through Saundersfoot Bay woods down to Glen Beach.
