Pitches

Grass or hardstanding

  • Our hardstanding pitches are on a gravel area next to the camping field. It’s plain and open, more like a car park than separate bays, with electric hook-up points along the fence. It’s level and firm whatever the weather.
  • Motorhomes can book our gravel hardstanding any time we are open. Grass is open to motorhomes at certain times of year when the ground is firm; if it’s available for your dates you’ll see it when you book.
  • We may move you to another pitch for safety or when the ground is wet.
The hardstanding area at Broadfield: a wide, open gravel area with a wooden rail fence along one side, electric hook-up points and a pitch number on the fence, and the grass camping field behind it.
