Who sends them

Broadfield Farm Limited, which runs Broadfield Farm Holiday Park and Jan'z Restaurant & BB's Bar. You can text or WhatsApp us on 07480 802731.

Texts about your booking, order or pitch

• Confirmations and reminders for your stay, your Jan'z table, your order or your special night. For a Jan'z table, we text you 2 hours before.
• Replies to your texts and calls, including from our automated assistant, which says it is automated.
• Owner and seasonal pitch messages, such as bills, gas orders, updates on an issue you reported and urgent park news.
• Important changes, such as bad weather or a problem on the park.

These are part of the service you asked for, so we send them whether or not you agreed to offer texts.

News and offer texts

Now and then we send texts with news and offers from Broadfield and Jan'z. Campers only get them if they ticked "Send me offers by text" when they booked. Holiday home owners and seasonal pitch holders get them as our customers, and can say no at any time.

We send no more than 4 offer texts a month. Every offer text ends "Reply STOP to opt out".

How to stop them

Reply STOP to any of our texts, at any time. UNSUBSCRIBE works too, as long as it is the whole message.

STOP stops our offer texts, and the team can no longer reply to you by text. We may still text you about your own booking, such as a payment reminder. To stop those too, email info@broadfield.farm.

What it costs

We do not charge for the texts we send you. A text you send to 07480 802731 costs the same as any text to a UK mobile number on your plan. WhatsApp uses your mobile data or Wi-Fi.
